CCHMS offers a range of distinctive services. Some of these services are packaged into a yearly program and depending on the location and specific needs of the producer, some of the services are provided on a fee/service agreement.

Data and Record Management

• Data collection assistance
• Customized calving books and recording binders
• Provide staff assistance for entry into TraceBack
• RFID solutions
• Data analysis and reporting services
• Real time reporting on all inventory, health and production parameters
• Delivered by subscription email/fax or can be generated on demand through direct user login
• Ability to perform detailed 'drilldown' analysis of each animal event
• Benchmarking against historic data
• Continual monitoring and surveillance of all animal health events by a licensed DVM.

Animal Health Consultation and Management

• Provision of a detailed animal health and management protocol manual
• Updated yearly in a catalogue format and continuously updated on the client side of the CCHMS web site.
• Biosecurity protocols: Testing for disease and disease free certification (i.e. certify herds free of BVD)

Management of Herd Nutrition

• Body condition score evaluations
• Sampling of feedstuffs
• Ration evaluation and formulation
• Batch feed sheet prepartion
• Feed and feeding cost analysis

Genomic Testing

• Production trait profiling
• Parentage verification (Sire Matching)
• Genomic profiles and genotypes all stored in TraceBack

Client Communication

• Ongoing communication between a CCHMS veterinarian and the ranch/farm management via phone, email, fax and face to face meetings.
• Annual 'CCHMS Health Management Seminar'
• Technical training and support for the TraceBack software
• Provide assistance with marketing strategies and market enhancement
